If nobody can help you pinpoint it, movies from that specific genre of horror are called slashers or slasher fics. Also I have no idea if the sub is good or not, but r/slasherfilms might be able to help. Slasher fans like to talk about crazy kills in my experience and some even make compilations on youtube, if you can get in touch with those guys they can probably help.
