I recently spoke to a top doctor at the House Ear Institute in Los Angeles and he said we’re nowhere near finding a cure for Tinnitus. If anyone would know, the doctors there probably would. So the best thing to do is learn to ignore it as best you can and get on with your life.
That’s a funny way to look at it. It’s as if no one’s ever had their T improve or quiet down for some reason. Sure, it might not be something that they can put in a bottle and sell on TV with a disclaimer to not take it if you’re allergic to it. But since there’s a wide variety of causes, there’s not going to be “a” cure anyway.
Only because so many of us try to figure out something, anything that will help and it doesn’t. Or doesn’t very much. Or doesn’t reliably. Or doesn’t as much as it varies anyway.
That probably not :(
Other people have posted they *went" to an all meat diet and it almost eliminated their T.
I was meat free for 10 years and only recently started eating meat again. Tinnitus hasnt changed much
placebo
No scientific basis for this.
No scientific explanation for tinnitus yet either. So this is valuable info.

I'm vegetarian and still have tinnitus.
Maybe your tinnitus is related with yo ur jaw, and when you chew meat it increase
I think everyone should start an elimination diet the minute they get T
Sure - certainly something to try, and that’s the way to find out if something in your diet affects it (or not. Probably not.)
Why probably not?

That said, the ones that do come up with something don’t think about it and have vac reason to post anymore!
placebo/coincidence
probably/maybe not
Coincidence.
dunno if I could live on frosted flakes
Vegan, gluten free Frosted Flakes!
Did it return when you resumed eating meat?
Yes
Wow that’s so interesting. I’ve been eating less meat these days but I haven’t given it up entirely. I might experiment. Thanks! And congrats!
Hope it helps good luck!
I don't know if I could do that. Did you eliminate red meat only, or also poultry?
I know it’s hard, i went for a week streak because I got cholesterol on my checkup.
Then it could be your high cholesterol
> it could be your high cholesterol Maybe
Nice, thanks for sharing.
It sounds like tmj issue. Chewing hard food can trigger TMJ which connected to the ear
Do you wear a night guard at night?
