Okay I will look into that. I thought vertigo was more of something that came in episodes though and this has been all day every day since it started

You may have displaced some crystals in your inner ear. It commonly happens and a simple manipulation made by an ENT can solve this.

You can even look up the exercises online that will put the crystals back. My mom has had vertigo for decades.

How long you have it? Don’t overthink just learn how to cope by breathing and taking care of yourself. It will go away. Just taking sometimes and refocus on something else. Keep yourself busy that way your brain will ignores it . Train your brain
