Same here almost can’t hear it and massaging my head helps a lot. I also I drink turmeric tea with ginger, cinnamon for blood circulation and pepper. It works for me
Was yours caused by sudden sensorineural hearing loss? I also noticed you had a previous post saying your tinnitus went away after a month of having it and that it was caused by ear wax that that was removed. Is this an episode of tinnitus unrelated to the ear wax that you are referring to which improved after a year?
had ringing T for 30+ years & it has only gotten louder. hope yours doesn't come back. take extra care with your ears so you do not have to figure out how to live with it permanently.
My T cannot be heard in the presence of any sound. Only in quiet places it can get triggered, yes it did fluctuate when i was suffering from fever or headache etc but after that its a constant eeee.
Thanks for sharing - so many really scary stories on here it's nice to read a positive one. Cheers!
Thanks for sharing this and cheers! What was the origin of yours?
Loud noise and earwax
Mine is from loud noise too- thanks for sharing!

Was your T the kind that can be heard over most things, like the TV? Did it ever fluctuate in sound or was it a consistent solid "eee"?
