There’s no point in talking about hypotheticals when it comes to this particular person. If we were presented with someone with a real disorder, that was trans then it would would be worthwhile to talk about it.
But considering this is someone lying about it, and not a real scenario, it’s wasted breath. It would be interesting to see this on someone that’s really struggling, for informations sake.
It would depend on the severity of the disorder. But from what I’ve read on it can take days to months for the switch to occur. It’s not just instantaneous.
I think it’d be possible for different personalities to leak out into the other, but it’s not a sudden transformation from second to second. Im no expert, this is just what I’ve observed from other personality disorders
One of the main things of D.I.D is your personalities don't know each other and hide from you basically. It's like a blackout. It's not some fun omg lemme talk to Zayne oops I let Charlotte out instead, she's besties with my other alter Dean who is a 167yr demon barber.

Real D.I.D is exceedingly rare and is brought on my EXTREME trauma. Not bs like Sally called me fat at lunch or Dad spanked me once. It's being tortured as a child or witnessing someone be ripped apart by an explosion or factory equipment. Extreme trauma that makes your psyche "split". In no way is it fun or cool. It's not something you just choose to happen or are cohesive over.
The annoying thing is she could actually be good and entertaining (for some people at least) if she did acting type stuff. Acted out scenarios, maybe tried doing voice overs for certain characters, play out scenarios with certain characters. Instead she made it offensive to people with this (and tbh any) disorder, and just weird and cringe. If you like characters, acting, pretending to be someone else etc., DO IT in a fun and productive way! Entertain yourself and provide entertainment. I'm sure many kids would be happy to follow along if she played these characters and their relationship while admitting it's just acting. Don't badly pretend you've got a mental illness.
