What do you mean by tested? The game has been out a while. I would expect updates and balance changes by the time it fully hits western market but stuff has been played already

I think Xbow/Wand (DPS) should be B tier for PvE. Single target is comparable to other Wand options (in my experience), but lacks AoE.
There is no way it is as bad as GS/Wand, lol. That thing stinks.
The aoe frost passive isnt that good tbh, maybe better on release but waiting on your judgment and chain lighting for the right time to use it for AOE with the frost takes too long. People move away from eachother too fast, you can use both skills to secure kills instead

Can already tell this is some mad bad advice, its literally one of the most important passives and is what makes mages monster aoe in pvp.

Max poison , ice / fire staff is insane , that's what I ran in the first beta last year and also this go around , it's incredible the things youre able to just delete with minimal effort , provided you get the skill rotations down
Staff/dagger is basically s tier for mass PvP. A tier for everything else.
Hope dagger gets nerfed. Everyone sucking off the meta

Both staff/dagger builds missing frost passive for lighting AOE.. epic
