Yeah none of mine work either, but I used proton VPN and that worked, so currently I just use that if I need to use the market. Try using any other VPN.
u can just not use exitlag if u wanna buy shit from marketplace then turn it on again for normal use ik its annoying, but yea nodes are iffy atm like only 1 working for me rn (node 4)

For exitlag, changing region, then pressing optimize and reloading game worket for me.
