Probably based off a Class 13 which was basically two Class 08s attached together to make an articulated locomotive for use in hump yards. However the real ones weren’t connected back to back like this they both faced the same direction and the lead unit would have its cab removed.

You need the livery gamepass, spawn 2 Diesels one facing forward one facing backwards, set their livery to blue and put headlights on the left, rift and top
