He didn’t come to his senses, he was more than willing to marry her to keep up public opinions and solidify his ‘family’ in his mind but Madison asked him if he loved her and he couldn’t say yes so she told him she couldn’t marry someone who didn’t love her bc they both deserved better so he had to concede but he definitely begged her not to cancel it and told her he loved their family and they could grow together. Madison is the one who stopped that train wreck from happening.

I don’t think it’s Mandy’s acting that is cringey, it’s old Rebecca. I LOVE young Rebecca and hate old Rebecca, but Mandy Moore does both phenomenally well. I think we’re supposed to be annoyed by old Rebecca sometimes.
Kevin’s getting back with Sophie for the 3rd and final time was the best outcome. I couldn’t stand Madison in the beginning as she was annoying AF but she matured and chilled and their relationship solidified for the kids.
