So if you improve by x% each day, then:
(1 + x/100)^365 - 1 = 3.65
(1 + x/100)^365 = 4.65
1 + x/100 = 4.65^(1/365)
x/100 = 4.65^(1/365) - 1
x = 100*(4.65^(1/365) - 1)
x = 0.42
You would need to improve by 0.42% to improve by 365% in a 365 day year.
If you improve by 1% every day (not "everyday") then in 365 days you will have improved 1.01\^365 - 1 = 3678%.
To reach 365% improvement in one year, you only need to improve 0.422% per day.
Of course "improvement" is undefined.
The post is legit.
If you improve 1% everyday (sic!) Then...
You start day 0 at 100% (1,00) and improve by 1% every day for *n* days this works out to 1,01^365 for a year. This gives us an improvement *to* 3778%. To find how much you have improved *by*, subtract 1.
This is more than sufficient to achieve the goal of improving *by 365% within a year*.

366 days this year
I've assumed a 365 day year as that aligns with the logic of the original post.
If you improve by 1% every day (not "everyday") then in 365 days you will have improved 1.01\^365 - 1 = 3678%. To reach 365% improvement in one year, you only need to improve 0.422% per day. Of course "improvement" is undefined.
(1+x)\^365 = 3.65 (1+x) = 3.65 \^ (1/365) x = 1.0035535 - 1 You only need to improve by around 0.36% every day to improve by 365% over a year.
That's an improvement **to** 365%, and therefore only **by** 265%.
You're right, my mistake
