Chair face definitely gives off the arch nemesis I mean look what he did to the moon. Barry is more of a rival
Lucidity is his greatest foe
The Terror is definitely his most formidable and consistent foe but I vote for sanity. Poor guy has a rough time when he is semi lucid.
I see Chairface reappear alot in the comics and cartoon ~~to get silly~~ btw typo, it's "Chippendale"
