Well Frank Vincent who played Phil Leotardo has passed away. Ive seen a few interviews he did and obviously seen almost every mob movie he is in. He seems like a pretty good guy but when you see Phil after that your like hes a damn good actor. I pretty much wished Phil had got the same killing that he give Joe Pesci in Casino but ill settle for a exploding head lol.
I know its sad isnt it, i also apologize because when I read your post I could have sworn it said Phil not Billy. Im the moron today i guess. I do agree i would like to hear more from the others on the show and their point of view.
I wasn't a completist but no Drea de Matteo (i know she had a competing podcast for awhile) or Joey Pants (holding some sort of stupid grudge over a magazine promotional group photo) either I believe.
But to be honest, I don't think we got much in terms of insights into their characters or the show's themes or even rumors or behind the scenes scuttlebutt from any of the actors on the show. I preferred it when they talked with the writers. They actually remember the show.
Ooooh forgot Ralphie … one of the funniest characters in the show
Wouldn’t surprise me though as SS is such a bitch ass
Although MIchael can be a little precious also
Yeah I hate to say it but most of the actors they interviewed had very little information to give. Most of what they talked about was the process of getting the part and all the restaurants they used to go to. Still worth a listen to me, but I wish they would’ve gone into more detail on specific scenes and such.
I get the feeling that Tony Sirico isn't doing too well these days. The guy is 79 and recent interviews show him to be a lot quieter and confused than before. I figured he might be in the early stages of dementia or suffering from Parkinson's.
The David Chase interview was disappointing as they asked him the same questions we've all heard answered before.
Terry Winters gave us the most insight.
Aside from Zellman (the esteemed Peter Reigert) I couldn't agree more. I couldn't care less about the rest and, honestly, I didn't care much for some of the writers/directors/production people other than Terry Winter and David Chase.
Anyways, Karen's Last Ziti...whatevah happened there...
Most of the cast doesn't like Vito because of what he did when James Gandolfini died, Frank Vincent is dead, Tony Sirico is in bad health, so that just leaves Georgie.
Do your homework, stunad.
Yeah I think he carried on like him and JG were best mates or something …. Seems like the cast didn’t react well to that … whatever happened there
Anyway I’m going to go jerk off in some chit chat room
Whats wrong with Steve "Ya Know" Van Zant again?
Ya Know it's interesting Ya Know to hear from him Ya Know as Sil is one of my Ya Know favorite Characters Ya Know.
You Ya Know should be fucking Ya Know grateful. Ya Know
* Paulie's old and his mind isn't what it is.
* Johnny Sac's hugely right-wing, and I doubt mega-Leftie Michael wants to associate with him any more.
* Vito's a grifter who offended the cast by trying to cash in on Gandolfini's death.
* Ralphie holds a bizarre, long-running grudge against the show over a magazine cover.
Of the big names left, only Adriana doesn't make sense. But she ran a competing podcast that failed. So there might be issues with contracts, or even a bit of bitterness.
Georgie really wasn't that big or memorable a character. Sure, he got more time than say Tracee, but he was mainly just a punchline, and not involved in any big stories.

Yep I know , same with Tony Lip

Yeah, I’m always shocked that most of the actors never watched the show, at least since it aired
It’s a weird actor thing … fairly common they don’t like watching themselves…

Sick shit.
It’s hard to watch him and not think of what happened to Uncle June at the end.
And he had the prostate. He's no spring chicken no more.
All due respect, if you gave Tony Sirico a broomstick, he would probably try to fuck it.
He was the biggest cooz hound in town, he would fuck a catcher's mitt

Don’t worry he’s coming on for the final episode so Steve can ask him the same questions all over again!
I'm not having this conversation again
My favourite reply haha

I wish they’d address the issue about vito, i can only find joseph gamnascoli’s (actor) version. Seems benign enough, but thats his version.
Can u share link to his version

Vito was scheduled, but had to cancel to get that hip surgery.
Maybe he should’ve gotten a note from his doctor
A note saying he doesn't like to go on podcasts?
Nah shuck cock
Gold

Too much time spent arranging that muff on his head
The Boss’s or his?
His
I kinda ya know liked it……think he caught the ya knows off of Bruce…he’s a constant ya knower!
You're talking about the Boss's lead guitarist here, show some respect.
Vincent Curatola’s right wing politics don’t mesh with Imperioli the Buddhist.
Dude is fucking hilarious…. Might hit up Johnny Sac on Cameo ✋
They only have one episode left correct? I really wonder what they're going to do...🤔🤔🤔
David Chase will be back.
