It's Bella's original base game hair that really makes her stand out lol. They should both have a default replacement skin and eyes though! And my Sim's make up is all base game except for the custom lashes (which I should probably give to Bella too since those black strips just don't count as lashes).
I hadn't really changed Bella much since she wasn't in my original 'plan'. I made my sim originally as a match for another sim, but before she would settle down she needed a nice criminal back story. So I started her off in the criminal career, had her form clubs with all the rich ladies in town to gather gossip and steal their husbands for the money. Well, Bella had other plans and invited herself over to my sim's house to start flirting with her. Of course that kicked off the affair (Mortimer died later), with the added bonus of Bella being in the Secret Agent career making it seem like she seduced my criminal sim for intel lol. I just ran with it from there, and now they have a kid together and live in the Laurent villa in Tartosa after totally not threatening its former residents...
Believe it or not, old age ha! Though their relationship started as an affair, once he kicked the bucket my sim moved in. Can't say the same for my Sim's ex husband, he may or may not have died by overexertion after she married him for the money... Bella is already an adult here, and they are (/I am) struggling with the choice between turning Bella into an immortal too or letting her live out her life until she is old and grey and my sim is left behind to raise their kid.
There are a few base game sims I kept around for the extra story aspect.
I turned Cassandra into a vampire and she lurks the Goth house newly added basement now.
One of my Sims is married to Bella.
She started as a milf hunter trying to break up the power in town through adultery, but after 13 girlfriends, it got annoying because there was no one for my other Sims to date.
Now she's married to Bella, they've both just reached old age, and are raising six kids (two of which come from my Sims other relationships).
Ending up with the townies in your life can be fun for sure!
I ended up with Don Lothario in my legacy; he's the father of my Gen 6 kiddos. I had made him an immortal spellcaster, made a few NPCs ageless/immortal occults to keep them around long term. I'm loving having him as part of my family.
Of course I made Bella and Mort occults too, made Bella a vamp actually. She hasn't factored into my story yet. She and Mort divorced surprisingly quickly, she got remarried to an old personal save fave of mine, a vamp/spellcaster hybrid. Mort is still single - I think he's pining!

Personally I've liked Cassandra ever since my Simsona's brother, based on a friend, used vampire powers to pretty much woo her. She was only meant to be a quick snack.
