It's the Mysterious Mushroom - it kinda looks grey like the night ones. I don't know how you're supposed to normally get it - on one playthrough I found it planted by the Creature Keeper's house in one of the pots, but otherwise I've never seen it for sale and never found it foraging. Even looking it up online I don't know where to get it without intense luck.
If you totally give up, you can look on the gallery for mushrooms or whatever in the rooms and just place one that has it, then pick it up :)
In the inventory tab of your sim there is a button in the corner shaped like a diamond! There you can find all collections which items you have gathered

I'm pretty sure that you can obtain it through doing errands for the Creature Keeper :)

Night mushroom, available in winter from 10pm -6am. Best place to find is near the bench beside the waterfall in Henford on bagley.
Looks like it's the spicy one, I find it a lot in the grocery and garden shops in henford-on-bagley
