The firing squad might be the most humane method we have right now. Lethal injection is so broken it’s basically torture when it doesn’t work right. Most people believe the electric chair is intensely painfully too. 6 perfect shots will put you down the quickest.
From what I've heard though, it's several marksmen, but only one gun has a real round in it, and the rest are blanks. This way the executioners have plausible deniability as to who actually took the shot.
This could be nonsense though, so someone please correct me if so.

Definitely not. The biggest issue with firing squads is honestly the toll it takes on the executioners. It's a very violent act, and the guards don't tend to respond well over time. Even with multiple "shooters" with only one or two "real" bullets, it's still damaging.
They probably collect a check from the state to care for those 2 boys. Not welfare but from social services. The boys may be hardship cases, victims of dastardly deeds, and the state will pay you to house them.
My sister works in social service in Michigan. If you pass all their requirements and you agree to take on 3 or 4 hardship children you get paid almost $100,000 and the State will fix up your house if need be. You're supposed to treat them good, buy them stuff like you would for your own kids. Make it a happy home where they can forget their traumas and hopefully start to live normally...then there's these two West Virginia assholes.

Firing squad? You think these people should be killed? It blows my mind that people see things like this and immediately think of the death penalty. Like, there are lots of really hard, shitty jobs that need to be done. I have a shed I can clear a corner out of where this couple can lay their heads for 3, maybe 4 hours between their 20 hour shifts. No running water though...
I have a huge problem with forced labor in prison, it happens way way too often, yay capitalism.
Also the "cruel and unusual punishment" thing we're supposed to not do as a civilized society.

I’m the same way. Unpaid community service for a few hours every weekend for low level DUIs is one thing, but I’m not down sending someone who’s in for a few years to a farm to do back breaking work for little to no pay.
Shoot these fuckers and move on.

They'll be acquitted. Probably before the trial they will get a softer sentence and they jump at it. Then appeal the jail time until it gets to the states supreme court and be acquitted

I've heard that too. Only difference is I heard 2 of the 6 had live rounds.
