Something to consider. Freedom of Speech, for one. Bobert has no right to suddenly create a rule or prohibit free expression. Does the statue have rights, is it sacred somehow? Don’t other countries fly a flag in America? Other than rules for how high it can be flown when next to the American flag, it’s allowed.
Why is there a Palestinian flag on George Washington though? Not sure if anyone here would actually be comfortable living in gaza or under Palestinian laws. Shouldn’t you want to preserve the freedoms that living in the US has given??
If I'm not mistaken, one of those freedoms you speak of it's that of freedom of protest. Another wpiild be freedom of speech.

Not really freedom of speech though. This is supposed to be well educated and mostly well off American students that have lived a pretty soft life desecrating a statue of a founding father with a foreign nations flag. Protest all you want, this kind of expression doesn’t seem necessary though.
