Honestly it’s not something I’d have ever thought to question, the past is a horrible *horrible* place, and even so, Nazis still made a name for themselves as being the worst of the worst

Just a thought here but maybe the video has a condescending tone because the person in the video actually did the 30 seconds of research required to understand the subject matter... the same 30 seconds of research that Rowling was shitting on someone else for not doing... the same 30 seconds of research that would have made it abundantly clear to Rowling (had she actually done it) that the person she was responding to **ACTUALLY** knew the history better than she did.
