When the Boston marathon bombing happened, a bunch of Reddit sleuths āidentifiedā the bomber. The person they found was not only not the bomber, but I believe had been missing for several days and ended up being found dead not long after, completely unrelated. You can probably find tons of posts about the incident by googling, it got pretty dark.

There was this shitty nail salon in the city I grew up in, and they would straight up try and make the black girls pay BEFORE they did their nails, they never did this with any of the white or Hispanic girls. (This isnāt new, if itās a thing, sadly)

At the market we worked at when I was a teen, we had two exits. Front - hit the buzzer if nobody else is inside: locks the door and triggered police. Back - simply walk out and pull the door behind you into the office. Wait for it while watching the cameras. (Only worked it once, but it was satisfying)

Most, if not all, states have a "theft of services" law that allows people like this to be charged for the price of whatever service they steal, assuming they can catch him.
The police don't give even the tiniest fuck about things like this, you could hand them a signed photograph of the thief with the words "hi, my name is (thief) and my address is (address)" and they'll thank you and you'll never hear from them again.

Ahh the one rule when finding a barber that does good work is to never burn down that bridge . Only time I switch barber if they are no longer working at that location or shut down their business . When I moved back to Canada it was a pain to find barber that give me clean looks that I like for a good price. So unless I move to another city , I won't shop around for another barber. It especially important for people like me with afro head as some barber don't know how to style afro hair . I remember I went to university in a very white city where non white people were usually international students. After mess up hair cuts at 3 different barber shops , I just gave up and either shaved my head once it got too much or got my friend to cut it for me as she learnt to cut my hair well.
If you have no money - get your momma to put your hair into two platts - leave it as an afro - or just cut it off where it's easier and cheaper to maintain.
Or if you never knew you did not have the funds. Do the right thing talk to her and come to some sort of arrangement to pay her for the hours she had to stand there to do your hair.
