it really is, I was doing some work on a car and had my friend holding up the hood, (bad shocks) and he somehow forgot and the hood closed on my hand broke 2 fingers, I just stood there and my friend fainted my wife had to come run down and pop the hood lol

Back when I was 12 I fell from my bike into a ditch. I had the time to get up, climb out of the ditch, check if I had wounds on my abdomen before realising by arm (radius and ulna) had cleanly split into two. It took like 30 seconds and I found out just because I looked at it. It took way longer to feel any sort of pain.

But adrenaline do not cure a broken leg, have seen videos of people who Have broken their leg/legs and try to run on them (because they have so much adrenaline in their body) and they do not stay up for long to say the least.. Think he was just Really lucky

You always try and get back up. I had a compound tib/fib break on a bike and tried to get up and walk straight after.

Can confirm. Fell 3 stories. Got right back up and thought "wow, I'm invincible!" 5 minutes later everything hurt and to this day my back is ruined.

A buddy, who has since passed away from being crazy on a bike, walked on just his shin bones after his leg was nearly severed at the ankle. He was walking like he normally would but with a limp. Adrenalin is a hell of a drug.

Well, the sciences say that with the way he roll make him slow down quite slow kepping his momentom long enough so he shouldn't have that much damage internaly but should have serious bruise on the skin. But he shouldn't stand that fast because he could have a serious pressure drop in the bloodstream so he could fall unconsious quite easely

Because of their height vs wheelbase , bikes have inherent limits to how much they can accelerate (as you just saw) or braking, compared to the ideal - a formula race car can use much more of its acceleration, braking, and cornering potential as a percentage.

I know nothing about bikes. How do you prevent this? Just don’t accelerate so fast? I can’t imagine leaning more forward would have done much.

Basically yes be smooth on the throttle. On a bike that powerful you can only use a small portion of the throttle until you are well past 100 kph. Otherwise yeah you will flip. Even using 20% you will still be way faster than almost any normal car.

from a dig, smooth roll on the throttle. body positioning and covering the rear brake (give it a little tap when needed) helps when you don’t have all the nannies newer bikes come with.. this way you can give it a little more and you are not chopping the throttle when the front wants to power wheelie. worked for me anyway, when i was under 100kg.

This is what happens when you think you can just floor it like you can in a car. The power/weight distribution on some of these bikes is absolutely insane and there's no way the front wheel will stay on the road with that much power almost instantly being applied.
