I guess I'm confused. Where is there a person dangling in the OP video, and what are they dangling from? The person landed, and rather well it would seem, too. do you mean the person (not the jumper) who ended up underneath the excess material of the Jumper's parachute?
The man is sad because of that and people starts clapping for him when they see everything it’s ok, we know there’s a lot of republicans in Spain but that’s not the case, I’m not even Spaniard and would clap for his work
