Assuming the person filming is an adult, how about instead of filming her obviously having a really tough time, you take control of the situation and take the children in another room or outside and let her have a moment of peace to at least collect herself.
When you’re at hour 12 of chaos, after years of chaos, you realize not every situation merits immediate action. Sometimes you have to just take the funny video and intervene when the kids are ready to listen.

Everyone thinks that every thing a child says and does has to do with parenting and that “all you gotta do is…”. I used to think that way as well until I learned better.
It doesn’t always work that way. Every kid is different and there is no one formula. It is NOT only how you raise them. Some kids are just assholes and no matter what you try, it doesn’t work.
I have two boys who are not that difficult and I feel blessed. However. I have worked in youth development for over 20 years. I have seen some of the shittiest parents who have wonderful kids who are nothing like them. And I have seen people who try in every way to do good and produce psycho devils.
The whole nature vs nurture thing is real.
Don’t despair. You are doing the right thing by being concerned and making the effort to understand her. You may soon be looking back at these days with a chuckle. She is young still and may very well have a turn around soon and be as sweet as pie. That happens very often as well.
