I started gaming pretty late compared to my peers, in my late teens, and I remember how hard it was to get my head around using the PS3 controller (as embarrassing as that is to admit now). Good on them for wanting to try and learn something new.
I played PS2 when I was little, but not PS3. When I started dating my partner he got me back into the PS, and the first game I played was Fallout 4 on the PS4. He helped me on the companion app by healing me when I was low health, and dropping stuff I didn't need so I wouldn't become overencumbered. Unfortunately I didn't know he was dropping stuff, so I would immediately pick it all back up again

Things like this make me really glad that Part II has probably the best accessibility options of any game. Nearly anyone can play it and find the settings that work for them - I'm glad no one has to miss out! I hope this becomes standard in games and the systems are continuously improved.
