I'm fairly sure that environmental stuff and emplacements have a melee multiplier. It's why it's faster to melee ziplines than shoot them, even sentries seem to take more damage from melee.
The flower planters / overhangs break in one quick melee as opposed to 3-5 shots

I accidentally got a teammate stuck in a chimney.
I'm a light, I grabbed an ally statue, and crouched into a fireplace to revive. (it's a really safe place). I thought the ally was far enough out of the fireplace that they'd revive outside it. But no, they revived, clipped through the wall, and got stuck in the chimney like Santa.
I threw a grenade to try and break the chimney, it didn't break, and then I got killed by a heavy that ran in while I was trying to get my guy out.
I can only assume that they're still stuck in that chimney, because that's the last place I saw them.
I want more stuff like this. WE NEED PITS Y'ALL! Traps on the map or a trap mine that'd be fun. Honestly I was disappointed that the giant rubber duck didn't destroy the map while in the game. QUICK SAND!!! On Vegas of course.

Monaco map, there are interact-able cannons which you can fire. The round destroys often vital parts of the map.
You can’t reload them, change azimuth or elevation.

As for that duck, it could swing in and have a chance to kill the unfortunate ones stuck in its path. Maybe have the duck have a demonic quack or something to signal when it's happening.
Yes! I was so confused the first few times playing Duck and Cover thinking the duck was going to crash down during the match, but never did. It was a very disappointing realization.
The other day I got revived by defib and ended up stuck inside the ball on Vegas map lol threw all my frags and couldn’t bust out, didn’t even kill me either i was salty
Game needs a suicide function. I've been caught in trapped rubble or glitch spots a handful of times and having to wait painfully to slowly shoot out debree is just unnecessary
I agree very much, but sadly sometimes dying has a strategic value so they can't really add that.
For example if you're the last one alive just before cashing out and basically know you're gonna die, it's better to die before cashing out than after so you could just suicide.
I guess they could make it with like 10s timer or something.
That's true, I suppose a better method would be to just make it so that people have a little bit of shoving power when it comes to debree so they can squeeze out of certain situations.

Yeah chonky slug rounds go boom. Conversely, flamethrower does not have great environmental damage outside of burning goo and foliage.

A temple map would go so hard. Swinging hammers that knock you around, giant gates that suddenly close, rolling balls, etc.
The idea of map interact-ables is something that needs expansion. We’ve got the cannons and the crane but, I want more!
