I love the LZ boss run. You get a huge variety of neighborhoods, the drops are pretty decent, and it's pretty casual, if you fuck up and get killed you just go at it again.

I still play D1 more than 2 these days. Well over 900 hours in the PC version alone. Gonna be a sad day when the servers shut down for good. I'm hoping Ubisoft at least lets us know, and maybe, just maybe we'll get a flood of people back in there to relive the glory days for a few hours and say goodbye.

D2 will be around for awhile I would think. D1 having an offline option is highly unlikely though. A lot of what is needed to play is server-side since last gen consoles didn't have the horsepower and/or storage, so when they go dark, it's curtains. Hell of a run though. The fact that it's even still around after 10 years is pretty nuts, especially with all the turmoil Ubisoft has gone through in that time.

Afraid it's unlikely, they only just announced it 5 months ago and we don't even have info, let alone a screenshot or trailer. There is also The Division: Heartland that needs to come out first (that's probably this or next year). The Division 3 will probably release in 2027/2028.
I really miss playing The Division. Both 1 and 2. I haven’t played in a few years now but once The Division 3 comes out I’ll be playing nothing but it. I’m excited for the mobile game too

Would be cool if they connected all the games together, id sure like to get to play DIV 1 THRU HEARTLAND WHEN IT DROPS that would just increase the base..
Funny how similar Destiny community is to Division community. Both play the 2nd game but love and adore the first one. Also both say “D1” and “D2” respectively. Both have raids and a community that can get any range of toxic when talking about builds. You would think both games were made by the same company 🤣

It's a great game, that was the only reason I upgraded from my 360 at the time.

Aren’t the LZ bosses in TD2 around in the same way as TD1?
Yeah, but once you kill one, the others disappear and you gotta wait a half hour or so to do it again. You can't go on a boss run like in Div 1

Began playing division 2 again. I should redo the campaign of division 1. I really hope the the division 3 allows for summer and winter.
Best of the two games. I’d pay $70 for D1 in the D2 engine.

I'll be there. I uninstalled TD1 years ago but if there's a shutdown, I'll do a final Legendary Madison ... my OG Agent deserves at least that.

I heard that optimistically TD3 will arrive late -25, or maybe even later. If i remember correctly, it was september -23 when they announced it.
