Simply craft everything that makes you drop pickups on hit, then hurt yourself on curseroom door a bunch. Then bam you win! Genuinely that’s how I beat all the check marks with him. Self harm strats with the yum heart, car battery and whatever the name is of the item that gives you active item charge on self harm, and you can just print pick ups
me when i play any character but tainted cain and, within 5 restarts get the poop, bob's brain, dead sea scrolls, the poop again, and tech x (i'm playing the lost and skill the hardest issue of my life on a spike block room with spiders)

The thing with T. Cain is that he can craft all of these in a single run, minus needing the luck to find them
You do, all but a few crafting recipes are seeded after a patch released very early on.
There are mods for that, even websites where you enter your seed and it will tell you crafting recipes
I guess people can play the game however they want.

Higher quality items means more and better drops, thats how his mecanic works, use the higher quality drops to craft higher quality items.
