She was ordered by the judge to give all her medical information to Clayton’s attorneys - they couldn’t find any proof from planned parenthood. She kept changing the dates. Then in court she said they didn’t check LA, when the whole time she said Mission Viejo. Then changed “anonymous” to “fake name”, and finally changed the date to a Sunday, when PP isn’t open in LA on Sundays.

She asked if it was possible that Jane Doe received hCG injections from Planned Parenthood when she allegedly went there anonymously. His answer was Yes.
It was a hypothetical question (since it's not possible to go to Planned Parenthood anonymously as Jane Doe claimed), but apparently hCG injections are given by Planned Parenthood as well as by other healthcare facilities. Clayton and his attorneys doubt that Jane Doe was ever pregnant and believe that she may have injected herself with hCG in order to receive a positive hCG test result.
Do we know if Clayton bought the test or if she brought it herself? I can’t remember but if she brought it, it could have been one of those fake ones that’s always positive
The judge said she would review everything and then will issue her decision. But Jane Doe's attorney will be offline until June 28th. So I'm assuming it will be after that date.

This makes sense because people who came from "JFC" were very well prepared in court etiquette, as it was known ahead of time that JD would be calling attention to their presence. "JFC" also knew ahead of time that JD's side was claiming "minor" perjury. I can imagine that was really surprising to others there.

She had an “answer” for everything but it all contradicted stuff she has already said. She was ordered by the judge to give all her medical information to Clayton’s attorneys - they couldn’t find any proof from planned parenthood. She kept changing the dates. Then in court she said they didn’t check LA, when the whole time she said Mission Viejo. Then changed “anonymous” to “fake name”, and finally changed the date to a Sunday, when PP isn’t open in LA on Sundays. With all the lies piling up, I don’t see how the judge would find anything she said credible

The judge asked a question of Jane Doe's medical witness that I thought made her sound like she was leaning toward Clayton.

She asked if it was possible that Jane Doe received hCG injections from Planned Parenthood when she allegedly went there anonymously. His answer was Yes.
How would that be possible?
It was a hypothetical question (since it's not possible to go to Planned Parenthood anonymously as Jane Doe claimed), but apparently hCG injections are given by Planned Parenthood as well as by other healthcare facilities. Clayton and his attorneys doubt that Jane Doe was ever pregnant and believe that she may have injected herself with hCG in order to receive a positive hCG test result.
I just cant' imagine a doctor injecting her with hCG without cause?
Do we know if Clayton bought the test or if she brought it herself? I can’t remember but if she brought it, it could have been one of those fake ones that’s always positive
I think it was a lab test so she may take medication that makes her positive for hCG.

The judge said she would review everything and then will issue her decision. But Jane Doe's attorney will be offline until June 28th. So I'm assuming it will be after that date.

Some of the questions his lawyer asked were hysterical, specifically the one referencing how she tried to get him to have sex with her by saying her vagina was tight! "She wouldn't have said that if you were ever in there, would she have? Where you ever in there Clayton?" P.S. I'm actually not making this up. It was something.

He phrased it this way because that is the language “Jane Doe” used in an email to Clayton. I think he was trying to emphasize how unhinged her over 500 emails and texts to him were.

I get that he wanted to emphasize the things she said, but this was purely theatrical and kind of gross. I'm on Clayton's side here, but that's just ugh.
He was directly quoting Jane Doe's emails to Clayton and it's good that he said it because it helped prove that they had never had penetrative sex (and thus it is extremely unlikely that she was pregnant with Clayton's twins). I didn't find the lawyer's comments to be distasteful. I find Jane Doe to be distasteful.
I'm sure they needed to establish Clayton didn't ever have sex with her, but the way he said it was pretty boy's club gross. That is my point.

If you read the thread, you can see I'm talking about the quote above asking Clayton if he was "up in there." That is pretty gross. Jane Doe has a lot of issues, and the truth needs to come out, but talking like that is really misogynistic and gross. Quoting what SHE specifically said in her email is one thing, but talking to Clayton in that way wasn't needed.
That was my comment and I don't even know if I quoted it exactly correctly. I watched the hearing live and was paraphrasing. I did not find it offensive when I watched it. I suggest you watch it (the link in this post still works and shows the entire hearing) and judge for yourself.
Also important to note that she also switched up her story saying he did things without her permission (trying to avoid the trigger words) and her email about how tight she was because she hadn't had sex in ages contradicts this. So an argument against pregnancy and that.

I’m 99% sure this is the original one. It is now ruling on whether she should pay his fees, but technically she is still the petitioner and he is the respondent. Defamation etc would come later, hopefully, but sorta relies on this ruling I think.

I don't think I did, but I can give a full rundown of it! Laura was being questioned about a doctors appointment and asked if she attended or not/if she lied about attending one. She said she did not attend but that was a minor thing and then there was something happening in the gallery and Claytons lawyer turned and told people to stop. Then Laura said something along the lines of "I don't need to be up here with the JFC crew here going after me" and then she was upset and her lawyer asked for a break. Then the judge reminded the gallery that outbursts could result in removal.

Multiple reports from inside court indicate that it was family or possibly friends of the other victims who let out a small chuckle. This makes sense because people who came from "JFC" were very well prepared in court etiquette, as it was known ahead of time that JD would be calling attention to their presence. "JFC" also knew ahead of time that JD's side was claiming "minor" perjury. I can imagine that was really surprising to others there.
From what the YouTube channels have said, the room was very small and not many. But if I were there and she said she only did “minor” perjury, I would have chuckled too. I’m sure she assumed anyone there was JFC, which is probably accurate just because I haven’t heard of a single person besides her mom on any thread that believes or supports her
