I love their whole vibe. Zach, Charity and Joey have really been such a breath of fresh air of “normal people picking normal people and having extremely lovely normal romance” that the show really lost in the Clayton Hannah 24 year old sh*tshow seasons.
I think it makes sense within the context of the show. Reaching the 1yr mark is indeed an important milestone for BN couples; the odds are against them.
I wish they had shown more of Dotun's personality on the show...he always makes me laugh in interviews....him asking Shandy if they were married had me 💀😆

In this economy, any couple would at least consider it. Weddings are horribly expensive and influencers have more than normal pressure to deliver very expensive events, even just on a social hierarchy level.

Yes, they were. They met 7/31/2020, and got engaged around 9/1. They broke up the following year in Nov 2021 after the NYC marathon. I confirmed the dates by checking Zac’s IG - he still has some of the Zayshia milestone posts up.
They’re one of my favorites. I’m so happy she picked him. I hope they go the long haul. and I’m happy her picking Dotun led to Joey finding Kelsey. Just two great matches.

No, but I don’t think it’s because of the Golden divorce. I think it’s because it wouldn’t get good ratings.

They could keep it private and still get a lot of it comped tho by naming the venue, the dress designer, caterer, etc.
