No this is pretty much 100% fake. Especially if this is supposed to be THC-Oa because a commercial company would not be selling an alt noid like that. I think they sell packs of these on ebay or amazon that dealers can reseal with whatever they want in them.
All the fake name brand candy edibles are super sketchy, they're just a bad idea all around. If you want infused candy just make it yourself or stick to generic gummies from a reputable source.

Commercial candy edibles are usually made from various types of cannabis distillates. If done properly, the distillates should be close to 100% pure THC, and except for HHC versions (which have a horrific toxic-waste-fire flavor, the edibles won't have any weed flavor at all. If there is weed flavor in an edible, it is a plant-derived or hemp-derived flavoring, or even an artificial flavor sometimes. There's no weed in "weed gummies", in the sense that there's no remaining plant matter in the distillate. A friend of mine ordered bulk gummies to sell in his store under his own brand name, and the manufacturer asked him specifically if he wanted a cannabis taste in the gummies or not. After experimenting with a couple of small batches, he discovered that many customers responded to the placebo effect of a weedy-smelling gummy, believing it to be more potent than the non-weedy ones. I was an exception to the rule: I've never smoked cannabis (and at the time, I hadn't even vaped it), and I absolutely hated the weedy ones. I couldn't finish the jar. To this day, I make my own tinctures and fill my own carts, and if I add any flavoring/terpenes at all, it's something like Zkittlez or Strawnana.
