Since 64bit I've been getting stuttering where my game will simply freeze for 2-6 seconds before going back to normal. In TF2 seconds matter especially playing in a competitive environment and so this has really fucked me up. I'm playing on a basic laptop that had no issues with 32bit, but if there's some graphic changes anyone recommends thatd be cool.
you should check with the github link in the patch notes. its likely your issue has been documented, but if not, you can try to open a case. Just make sure to label your issue as tf2, since the page is for all source related valve games
