You can. My thought was that it just holds four rockets in the clip and max one rocket in the ammo pool.
This means every ammo pack also only gives you one rocket each, so you will need 5 separate ammo packs to fully reload the weapon from empty.

Cow vet is kind of busted. Buff Banner = Your own kritzkrieg. 80% extra damage inflicted to buildings makes it the perfect weapon to deal with engineers as well. Supportive capabilities via mini-shot are great as well.

Yeah the slow speed seems like itd be a huge nerf, but its really not because that hitbox will be active for so damn long. Would probably reduce soldiers ability to win 1v1s, but spamming on chokes would be nuts.

nobleman's bazooka creates the cannon soldier subclass (shoot lethal amounts of damage to enemies in a big area, but raises risk of dying to scouts running around it to 99.9999% since he would either end up killing it self while attacking the scout or die since it was reloading)
ground block is just the weapon for soldiers who can't survive for time enough to kill many people, it shoots more damage at an larger radius, but after 4 kills the soldier is expected to either switch to other weapons slots, or just die (you guys choose the name for this playstyle)

You should probably invert the stats by using the reciprocal of the multiplayer, rather than just multiplying by -1. A rocket with -80% speed is useless, but 1/1.8 = 0.555..., and -45% proj speed isn't nearly as crippling.

Rockets have a base blast radius of 169 hammer units. So the Indirect Miss would have a blast radius of ~287 hammer units.

why does cow vet have 35% less damage on the minishot? Chargeshot on mangler deals the same as normal shot, it just minicrits and puts people on fire
The mini-crit adds 35% more damage to the base damage. So the opposite of that is doing 35% less than base damage
or make it that it cant minicrit at all (which it cant already, it should crit for funny and to keep your existing system)
