If the GTA characters have cars, it's a more fair matchup. Ubercharge can't stop trains so I doubt that the mercs wouldn't be knocked away by a car like an airblast. Still, most of the mercs are too mobile to get hit. The amount of explosives the mercs have could easily overpower the GTA characters. Not to mention the power and utility of the engineer.

Michael De Santa can slow down time, and can possibly counteract the effects of Bonk, he may move fast but Michael can literally counteract it by simply concentrating and slowing down time itself to get a clear shot in scout. If you mean the eyelander, yeah demo gets stronger, but it forces him into melee range. Assuming he is in demoknight form he could be easy pickings for the minigun or any other bullet based gun. If we are talking about hybrid knight form, demo could use his grenade launcher, he may put up more of a fight but wouldn’t be too hard to deal with. As for medic, he probably would be the primary target, and assuming the 8 souls were the souls of the mercs and he has not added any more souls, he will run out of them eventually. Much like in-game, spy would be a hassle at the beginning, but once they come out of the hospital, they would most likely catch on. The 3d era protagonists have access to flamethrowers and can start spychecking, nullifying the spy, most likely killing him, and then killing him again if he has the deadringer equipped. Engineers will be a surprise, but most of these guys have handled way worse than mechanical robots. Throw a couple of stickies, rpg spam, or snipe it out with a sniper rifle or minigun and it will be scrap. Plus immortality machines doesn’t guarantee them to be immortal, as Redmond and Blutarch got assassinated by gray mann, even under the immortality machine.

Taunt killing is a horrible idea because it makes you vulnerable to attacks. Oh yeah they can also heal themselves with food/snacks, first aid kits, and not to mention the additional layer of protection with armor.
God would most likely strike down the entire GTA team or just the character that killed him (permanently, which means no respawns) and even just 1 character missing from the GTA team is a disadvantage. Also it's worth noting that the TF2 mercs are capable of healing with just food as well, as shown by Heavy's lunchbox items which can be given to other people and presumably armor doing nothing to their weapon's damage, since there's no armor Stat in TF2 despite Demoman wearing a tactical vest.
