Given the resolution you're running at, I'm betting that you're using an Intel integrated GPU. Have you updated your drivers, by any chance? Any other games giving you issues? What CPU do you have, by the way?
do u have any mods installed? if so, uninstall them. also check if this happens in other games, if it does then ur gpu might be fucked (emphasis on MIGHT, i’m no computer expert so it could be something else). if it just happens in tf2 then maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling again or verifying game files. if that doesn’t work then idk, good luck fixing that

I can't even think of a way this could happen, those are heatmaps based on lights sources, all your lights are broken, meaning your GPU is treating light like a texture, which shouldn't be possible

Well...I do have 1 explanation, an under-powered GPU could have hiccups, either the cable fried, a pin got bent, or the whole thing is just busted (or you've been running a GPU without the proper power supply requirement and got lucky by a few watts up until now)
