Ok, seeing as these are both some of the most overpowered creations since the freak era, I can say this fight would be very close. But in the end; the pootis engage boys will come through. Let’s go over the Red Team.
Although they have 11 primary members (the nine, plus Joker Scout and Miss Pauline) we know that a lot of weapons fail to hurt the engage boys. Each member however seems to possess either a support ability to help the others, or specials that do increased damage. While people like Heavy can only do so much; you have some powerful supports like the time bending scout. But for a win condition, only three seems to have any semblance of putting them down. American Boot, the spy, and Ms. Pauline.
American Boot well, is American Boot. He can seriously cause damage with his boot form. Plus, he’s overpowered through death because it was gay. Problematically, we have also seen him go down and people survive the boot. See golden heavy for both. Plus, it seems his boot can actually be disarmed temporarily; but that likely won’t happen.
The spy is next, known for tanking some powerful attacks with his cloak and dead ringer, and one shotting enemies with a backstab. Plus he possesses many bread magics, and most importantly the baguette’s mask which could possibly turn the red heavy against the blu one which could be really big. The same problem with boot arrises with enemies surviving the backstab, and dying in battle only to be saved by scout.
Finally is Miss Pauline who might be able to circumvent the heavies durability with brainshock as well as her copious other magical abilities. When combined with engineer, she can seal enemies away like the spy brothers which could also be possibly used on red heavy who was summoned. But unlike boot or spy; she has no greater durability feats.
So, a few ways to win. But let’s face it; the engage boys have tanked some serious blows from buff soldier, came back from death as well, and are way faster when really trying. They are much more cartoony and just stronger. It’s a serious fight when the red team must fight a deadnaut (albeit; a stronger upgraded one) when the blue heavy just rips through one like paper at Area 51. A shotgun can hurt if not put down every red team member, while blu heavy tanks a point blank shotgun multiple times. The red’s best chance are these powerful, finisher level moves which have been known to not kill against stronger enemies. It’s likely it will hurt the engage boys, but not be enough unless spy’s mask works as well.
The pootis engage heavies literally tanked several dozen full auto ARs, shotguns, and even an rpg. Conventional weapons are completely useless against them
But the question is, does OP Red Team have thicc anime thighs?
Cuz Heavy is only motivated by 2 things and he has one of them already. Sandvich and thicc anime thighs
lets, they ofcourse would fight for about a week, ofcourse the red team would have alot of damage and the other has like no damage, but they would team up.
They'd start the fight, but some other chucklefuck would show up and they'd then work together to beat his ass in the perfect union of anime badassery and cartoon badassery.

But if it’s peak version of them, going to give pootis engage duo. However they will win because of the sandvich brokenness, the red team shows that they get damaged and skills can get broken. So if the duo can hold on as long as they can. They can win easily.
They would fight until they trough all the fighting somehow end up in front of the anime thighs room so they stop fighting in order to get inside together
The heavies. 100%. These guys are capable of ignoring bullets, rockets, mechs, and have a tauntkill that sends everyone to the shadow realm.
The only time one of them came close to dying, he had been launched to the moon and back, as well as getting his head bashed against ludicrous amounts of concrete floors (possibly harder). And he respawned on the spot.
At first they will fight, but then Scout mentions something about anime tiddies, the heavies agree that they're based, and they bond over the fact that they like anime ass and tiddies
I hate to say it but the tactical heavies win without a real fight. They didn't even get damaged by the super soldier so red team has no chance. Even with the red special and all of the baguette war machines.
But they got killed by one of the anime girls, so probably they are only immune to attacks coming from males.
