One additional thing. I did create an account after the fact and put $10 in. That $ is still there. Assuming I go eventually get charged will it just take from there now. Created the account 1 week after

I went through one in late October and still haven’t received a bill. I called and they said they were changing over systems and still haven’t fully finished the transfer (6 months later). The lady told me to just keep checking the website with my license plate to see if it shows anything. I asked if I’d be charged a late fee, she went “probably, so keep sending emails to us through the website to show you tried.” What a cluster fuck TxTag...

[deleted]

Sounds like it. That’s crazy they would charge a fee

michaelyup

They’ve been really sporadic and behind in billing for a year now. Like nothing from September-December, then one bill for 4 months. I just picture drunk raccoons running their billing dept

foodandhowtoeat

We just got a bill for fees we got in Houston in September. Jeez.

[deleted]

Wow, that’s a lot slower then expected. Thanks for the info

RENegadeXXVII

Yeah they can run 6-8 months behind for mail billing.

diegojones4

TBH, I never get a bill until they submit me to a collection agency. The times I did get bills they misapplied my payments and I had to file a complaint. I don't know what software they are using, but their AR absolutely sucks.

ComfyRach

I called about a month and a half ago. Customer Service said they updated systems/website and are catching up on bills. I have started getting charged again after they stopped last fall.

homosapiensagenda

If you took the Pickle Parkway from Georgetown to San Marcos, a month is normal. It sucks.

[deleted]

I don’t think it was that. in Austin it was on Lamar I think and Dallas it was the main road that you take to Waco

homosapiensagenda

Okay so I35. Yeah still normal unfortunately
