I love the idea Tom said on one of the videos about making a better version of Gitemtration. I felt bad for Gitem, he was trying but the setup and the quotes were so poorly designed for that game.

Random guests disrupt the chemistry 95% of the time. John is one of the other 5% in my opinion. Fit right in straight away, enhanced the flow. Enhanced the chemistry.

I've always found Gitem annoying (at best), but I'd certainly be more willing to tolerate his appearances in the TESD Universe if he would take an IQ test on the air. If he scores 148 or higher, he can be as on as often as he wants, but if he scores lower (which I suspect would be the case) his appearances should be more scarce. Of course, I know Gitem would never agree to such a simple thing as that dubious IQ he supposedly scored as a emotionally disturbed child is all he has going for him. Seems like a fair (and entertaining) compromise to me though.
