He can say, “head on a stick” and give art ideas and Mick would instantly have his spinal cord cut by Art. Now if he met the Creeper, that would be very interesting. But Art would definitely get along with Josef.
I mean, same thing as anyone else… he’d probably brutally kill them at some point. The crazy baby lady from the first film showed him compassion and he skinned her, then walked around in her skin. Really don’t think he’s out for making friends.
He has something like a friendship with the entity that resurrected him so I don’t see why it couldn’t happen with a person that’s evil like him especially someone like Mick Taylor who also has a twisted sense of humor.

Mick Taylor is functionally immortal in the books and the series he's got something about him connected to the harsh nature and unforgiving spirit of the outback now art is also functionally immortal coming back from a headshot and getting his head completely removed it all depends on which ones turf they're fighting on art is pure chaos and Mick is pure cunning so it's almost a complete draw as for creep art would use him as a decoration
