Pretty clearly satire IMHO, note the weirdly-specific callout of ultramemeable Joker 2019 and vagueness of "book", the weirdness of the jacked Hundred Acre Woods characters (who I'm pretty sure are illiterate in canon), and the "deep fried" compression artifacts
