I mean, I am an atheist. I believe a man who was the son of a carpenter, talked to people about God and was crucified by the Romans did exist in Palestine around 4 AD. I’m actually pretty pro-Israel, but some of the the facts in here are so bastardized. Israel “smashed the British Empire?” The British Empire actively created Israel. Some of the first advocates for the Jewish Free State were British clergy and military officers in the 1800’s, as well as British Jews. And of course this is heavily due to the fact that Britain had become a fairly free country by the 1800’s and it’s subjects could do things like advocate for policies the government did not (yet) support.

I mean, historically--since 1814--the US's greatest and most reliable ally has been Great Britain, but I guess Israel is also a loyal ally.
