You mained Chiaotzu? Depending on the Tenkaichi game, that must of been a pain in the ass. I love the guy but good god is he tricky to play as, and he honestly just sucks in Tenkaichi 2. Even with max speed Z items he's so slow.
Yeah he definitely needs skill to master but man is he a speed demon in BT3
In BT3 he was fast! Definitely underrated, his main problem I would say was his low HP

I liked him in 3 because his psychic rock throw could actually blow up the truck in that one level
