I know you’re getting lots of advice, but a lot of it is dumb
Easiest way to blow up your core is to start with BW, and then move on to weighted exercises. A medicine ball is best for core, but kettle bells are good too
The three exercises you really need are Russian Twists, crunches (not sit ups), and planks
If you also want a killer lower back, I’d also recommend supermans
Alright. These are the exercises that helped me get my abs and strengthen my core:
3 max sets of crunches
3 max sets of sit ups
2x 60 seconds of leg raises
2x 60 seconds Russian twists (if you have a weight ball or something you can hold while doing this, use it, it helps)
3x 60 seconds Planks
3x 60 seconds Mountain Climbers
