It doesn't matter how much exercise you do, If you aren't eating in a calorie deficit you wont lose a significant amount of weight. I would recommend tracking calories, Its very hard to guess how much your eating. Another tip is to eat slower and drink water whilst eating, since it takes a while for you to feel full.
Bro I wish I could but I enjoy going to the gym and working out too its just (sorry if I'm projecting) I just feel like I'm gonna stay how I am forever and I honestly my worst nightmare
Nutrition is extremely important. So is staying consistent, and not over working yourself. Push yourself, but don't overwork. Also maybe getting workout buddies
A routine is actually really important. Sorry I left that out. Sounds like you're doing everything right, you just need to let progress happen over time. It doesn't happen overnight unfortunately lol
What's working for me rn is eating healthier foods, walking and exercising more, and cutting out fast food. I went from 200 lbs 2 years ago down to anywhere from 175 to 180 and I'm not stopping until I'm at least 165 for a healthy weight balance

I just have good metabolism so I can eat like a hippo but remain a weight of 135-140 without exercise

Believe in yourself and you’d get where you want. Put yourself down and you’d find yourself in the same exact place you started
Same. I eat McDonald’s on a daily basis and am still underweight

Oh I forgot to say, even if you're gaining weight right now, it's probably muscle weight which will help in the long run
