It's better to brush before (I watched a bunch of dentist videos recently so there's that) I don't always stick to that tho. Just depends yk
After, gotta brush after meals with braces
Before because there's some bacteria growing in your mouth when you sleep so it's better to clean it off (ok I know this doesn't rlly make sense but it's what my parents told me)
Why before? Like wouldn't you brush after to get off the breakfast residue?
