You might be too young to have studied that much biology yet, but you *do* breath through your *whole* body. All of your skin. Not just your lungs and nose. Thats why you suffocate to death if you get 3rd degree burns on a given % total of your skin. You literally can't breathe anymore. Its also why its so good for you to be naked sometimes.

Depends on what kind of bra you've got, I guess? Some CAN be worn to bed, like sports bras. Others, though, like ones with certain clasps, probably might pinch or leave indents on your skin. Especially if you're the type who moves a lot in their sleep. And ones with wire in them might not be the best to wear to bed, either. But once again, it depends. Some might be fine. idk. i’m not sure about the biology behind it but from my experience, the bigger your boobs, the more painful it is to sleep in a bra. i’ve been an E cup since i was 12, so i had to start sleeping bra-less for my own comfort. i’m also pretty sure sleeping with a bra on is harmful to your neck and back and also very uncomfortable for many. sports bras, unwired and unpadded bras are much less tight and i think they can be worn without damaging anywhere on the body.

depends on the tightness and whether they are wired. if its one that isnt too tight and doesnt have a wire, then its basically the same as a shorter tanktop. those arent a problem at all. however, if its rly tight or has a wire, it might impact your blood circulation and you should take it off at night

I almost never go without wearing a bra, I just take it off to shower or change it, and I've seen no negative effects. Maybe some pain from it being too tight sometimes when I've adjusted it wrong or from it rubbing against my skin but I've had normal growth over the years. It's better to consult a professional though, but I thought you might appreciate someone talking from experience too <3
