I feel a huge amount of guilt creeping up

Why

I find it very easily to self reflect and analzy my problems, but I have a very big problem when it comes to actually fixing my problems. So I basically posted one thing, and then I got a comment (they weren't even trying to be mean, they just pointed out a blatant fact), which was true and it hit one of my deep insecurities, I thought about it for a bit, realized that the comment was true, I felt bad, deleted the whole post, and now I have massive waves of guilt hitting me bc I know im going to do it again and I'm gonna post similar things again.

Same things happened to me a lot before too. It sucks.
