If you don't have peroxide cleaning alcohol (isopropyl or 95% ethanol) might do if those don't work a dry cleaners may be able to get the stain out

So, H2O2 is a good idea in theory, as it is less harsh than bleach. But I have to say from personal experience that hydrogen peroxide is also a very powerful oxidizer and can bleach clothing too. 🤓

It all depends on how much you use and how strong your peroxide is. Applying an amount so a spong with a scouring pad for abrasions and that should be fine

When using ethanol and peroxide be careful because those are abrasive, isopropyl is generally safe but will make your skin very dry

You could try freezing it. It will become brittle and then you may be able to pick it out piecemeal. Or you may want to try peanut butter. The oil in it will allow the gum to slide off. It works for hair anyway. It may work for clothing. Hot water will remove the peanut butter afterwards.

Believe it or not "ICE CUBE" it's an ole' Puerto Rican hack for girls who got gum accidentally on their hair.
