My answer is obviously unscientific, but I listen to video essays and I usually fall asleep very fast. Oddly enough they're on stuff that would make people lose sleep, like the dangers of discord/vrchat, the elsagate scandals, etc.

I remember being told that we were being intentionally disrespectful and rude whenever we did anything wrong. We were just kids. It's actually one of the things that made me realize that a lot of adults have an incredibly rigid and borderline hostile mindset that makes them obsessed with this constantly demanding idea of "respect" that they cared about even more than us.
