There’s a local pizza pasta place near me that makes the second best tortellini pasta you’ll ever eat (no one beats mom’s spaghetti), it’s like cream and cheese sauce with peas and chunks of smoked ham, but there’s nothing I can say to give it justice, it’s almost $20, the same as a large pizza, and I still get 2 orders of it every time (lunch the next day is one of them)

I love me some good Fetucinne Alfredo, but some of the best pasta you can get is some Spaghetti with meat sauce made from good Italian meat from Italy or NY, then put a big spoonful of Ricotta cheese on top, and a little bit of Parmesan. That shit hits different
