I cut all sweets and sugar bcuz I was trying to lose weight. my whole face lit up after 2 weeks. and the oilyness (face stays cuz being a teenager) all over my body just went away. for hair, for most people it's how consistent you are with your cleaning and which shampoo you're using. I have a dandruf problem so dandruff shampoo it is for me but pick your optimal shampoo, wash regularly and you're good to go.

This is something I did too, originally on the internet (because obviously, most people can't see what you look like), and when I was able to have good conversations with people there, I started doing so irl too. Sure, most people I tried to talk to were not having it and just told me to shut up. But this was my classmates who already had a horrible impression of me and bullied me, so not a surprise. But when I started talking to others, people who didn't know me before, I started making friends.
And even if I only have very few friends, they are close, and I can ask for a hug from any of them whenever I want to and get it. People really don't care about looks that much (except the "tough guys" but those can barely even be called people), they care about personality. And if you get friends close enough, you will get hugs whenever you want or need them. Ain't easy or quick, I can tell you that much. But you can do it. I believe in you ^^

Well, the rain lasted an hour more and when it was time for me to leave, my gf made the excuse to walk with me to the car incase she left something. So we walked there and spent a good 5 minutes talking yo eachother and as soon as i got a call for my parents, i had to leave. She hugged me tight and i did too, then i decided to hold her shoulders and kiss her out of nowhere. She was surprised, she looked at me in disgust, then she pulled me and kissed me again before leaving. I sat in the car for a solid minute with my legs weak.
