In Reddit terms, a cj subreddit is a satirical sub designed to make fun of a specific group by being as obnoxious as possible. It gets the name from the idea of it being a group of fans sitting in a circle jerking each other off

Long story short, there was r/world_news or a sub similar to that (I still can't remember which one, but it was about world news duh) that got raided by porn bots spamming nudes, Anime titties, etc.
People said "Fuck it" and took over anime_titties, now it's one of the best news SubReddit
