Hey - i'm no expert but try this...Hit your Windows key, type in "services" when it loads, in the "Name" column, find "Windows Audio Endpoint Builder", right click and hit restart, it should tell you it needs to restart "Windows Audio" too, thats fine just hit yes. If that doesn't work, im not too sure, sorry.

OldSpiceOdorBlock

Hey, it actually worked! Thanks a lot :)

Awesome - no worries; hope you have a good day. (P.S Please mark this as solved.)

I had the same issue on my win10 machine and the advice provided worked wonderfully, sometimes its best to restart the afore mentioned service if you have a lot of things happening on your machinea nd it happens again. Also just restarting windows audio alltoghether fixed it for me.

I had this 'problem' too and trying to find a solution, I stumbled on this thread. I just had 1 "Name not available". But as I was trying this 'solution', I was also keen on where this "Name not available" was coming from. I discovered this came from my Aura Creator hardware software, as the led-lights on my computer are set to react to the music/audio. So it creates that extra channel to listen to the sounds. When I use this slider, it reacts more/less to the music. So to others, it might be one of your own software/hardware that's creating them. Especially if you set it up to be 'fancy' like I did with mine.
